Shipping and Delivery
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.99 per order and free shipping on orders over $50.00 within Texas. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we aim to ship your treats within 7 business days. Weekend orders will likely ship the following Monday, and you'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. We ship via USPS and UPS to ensure prompt and safe delivery. REFUND POLICY FOR PUP CONFECTIONS

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Pup Confections, we are dedicated to providing high-quality homemade dog treats and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:  

  • Contact us at PupConfections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  • Include photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:  

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago.

Eligibility for Refunds on Perishable Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:  

  • The product must have arrived damaged or spoiled during transit.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, some perishable items are non-returnable, including all dog baking goods.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please handle and store products according to the provided instructions. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues resulting from improper handling or storage by the customer.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange over a refund, please indicate this in your request. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on product availability. 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning non-perishable products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for In-Market Event Purchases

Satisfaction Guarantee: If your dog doesn’t enjoy our treats, please let us know within 7 days of purchase. We’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit.  

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment:  

  • Cash Payments: Refunds will be given in cash.
  • Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any exchanges or refunds.
